During festivals, sales, or high-order volume, delivery may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may vary depending on the product and location.

  • Some products may include free shipping offers.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID

  • A tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp

You can check your order status anytime.

5. Incorrect Address

If a customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Delivery may fail

  • The package may return back

  • No refund will be given for such failed deliveries

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

After 1 hour or once the order is shipped:

  • Cancellation is NOT allowed

  • In such cases, you may check eligibility for return (as per the Return Policy)

2. Order Cancellation by Fabrizo.online

We reserve the right to cancel your order due to:

  • Product out of stock

  • Payment failure

  • Invalid address

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity

If we cancel, the full amount will be refunded.

💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • For eligible cancellations, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
