🔹 1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, or

  • The product you received is different from what you ordered.

To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.


🔹 2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Personal items (cosmetics, hygiene products, undergarments, etc.)

  • Digital products or downloadable items


🔹 3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email

  2. Provide your Order ID, product images, and the reason for return

  3. Our support team will verify the issue

  4. Once approved, we will schedule a pickup or ask you to ship the item back

🔹 4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days

  • Refund will be sent to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Wallet)


🔹 5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • We will send a new product after the returned product is approved

  • Replacement depends on product availability


🔹 6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.


🔹 7. Wrong Address / Customer Unavailable

No refund will be issued if:

  • Wrong address was provided

  • Customer is unreachable during delivery attempts

  • The package is returned due to the customer not accepting it
